How to use this tool

Step 2: Tap any thought to select it, then choose where it belongs. You can switch between two views — Action (what should I DO with this?) or Life (what AREA does this belong to?).

Step 3: Your data saves automatically on this device. Save the page to your home screen to come back anytime. When something's done, tap the × to remove it.

The point isn't to empty your mind once. It's to have a place to put what spills out, again and again, so you can think clearly.

Tip: don't edit. Just dump. You'll sort later.
